So, go to your phone, and scroll down to where it says, “El Captain Reyes.” Now on the messages, you will have quite a few texts, but you have to text him on your own about David; you have to progress the mission as you both keep talking.

Later, you have to wait for a day to get a response from your captain about David Martinez.

You will then get a text on your phone from a guy named Falco; after six texts from him, he explains the situation to V and tells you that he left a package of El Captain on top of the cliff.

In this final part, your mission will be updated on the map, and you will be given a location to drive to get a gift from David Martinez. You will notice that the item is rare and comes with decent stats; before picking up the item, your level will be pretty low, but once you pick it up, it will scale to your class.
